How to cook paramannam

Required ingredients:

Rice- 1 cup

Sugar or jaggery -2 cups

Ilachi- 5

Ghee- 4 teaspoons

Milk- 2 cups

Dry fruits-1/2 cup

Preparation:

soak the rice for atleast half an hour.

Now pour the milk into a cooking Bowl, add 2 cups of water, heat till it boil.

Add the soaked rice to the milk and stir until it cook completely,

Then add jaggery and stir it on a low flame heat.

Now add fried dry fruits with ghee and add ilachi powder, then stir it.

Tasty tasty paramannam is ready to taste,😋😋
